Fermenting exceptionally well at cooler temperatures, this true North, glorious and free, lager strain is ideal for brewing a variety of styles including easy-drinking adjunct lagers. This strain produces well-rounded beers with a subtle malt foundation, moderate ester character, and a clean, malt-forward finish - because some things, like Canadian beer, should always stand on their own.
